What data we collect

When you book a call with us, we ask for the details we need to reach you and to prepare for the conversation:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your company or shop URL
• The answers you give when booking the call

Website usage data

We also collect data about how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, how long a visit lasts, what device and browser you use, and which ad or campaign brought you here. This is done with the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code on our pages.

Why we collect it

Two reasons, and nothing else. First, so we can contact the people who book a call, confirm the time, and show up prepared. Second, so we can see whether our ads are working, learn from what performs, and improve them.

Legal basis

We process booking data because you ask us to contact you and prepare a call (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps prior to a contract). We process website usage data via the Meta Pixel only if you consent to it in our cookie banner (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Tools that process your data

Your data is handled inside a small set of tools, each with a clear job:

• Meta (Pixel and ads) - website usage data and ad measurement
• Calendly - the booking form and calendar invitations
• Our CRM - the contact record and conversation history

Data outside the EU

Meta and Calendly are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and the conversation that follows. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Your rights under GDPR

You are in control of your own data. You can ask us at any time to:

• Show you what we have stored about you (access)
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete everything we have on you
• Stop processing your data for ad measurement (objection)

If something is not right

Start with an email to us - we would rather fix it directly. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
